HPT day of missed period

Hello,

I took a HPT today which is either the day of my period or day after my period. I confirmed I ovulated with bbt but I have a slow rise ...

I won't tell you all the pregnancy symptoms I have but I know that I don't have my usual pre-menstrual cramps that I get right before af shows her face. I really don't feel any of my usual symptoms to say i will be getting af. I have gotten 2 positives in the past at 9 and 10 dpo but unfortunately ended in miscariage.

My test was negative :(    
QUESTION:  could you still get a negative HPT test the day of, or the day after your missed period ( 14 or 15 DPO)?

its possible i only got a slight positive and i was a week late.

oops i meant to ask:  CAN YOU GET A NEG HPT ON THE DAY OF OR MISSED PERIOD IF YOU ARE PREGNANT!!?
