Low sperm motility

My husband's semen analysis results are within normal ranges all except the grade of his sperm. His count is 42x10/6/ml and normal is >20. His motility is 50%, however the grade is 0. We have tried 2 IUI's without success and I am wondering if the chance of conceiving with these numbers is extremely slim. Has anyone had this same issue and if so what was the outcome?

From what I understand the grade is rated from 0-4. 0 being no forward progression and 4 being rapid movement in a straight path. The grade is separate from the morphology.

In april 2007, my husband had a SA because it was taking a while to get pregnant again(had a m/c in dec. 05) His results were normal except his motility. It said that he had little to no movement. So of course we were bummed. So we went to the RE to get some fertility help. Little did we know, the same month that he had his SA done, we concieved our daughter. So i guess those darn tests aren't always right, huh? Good luck!
