When should i expect my period after having a laparoscopy and hysteroscopy. my lmp was 09/02/08 had the surgery done on 09/11/08 periods are usually 28-30 day

I just had my lap surgery on the 19th of september and AF is suppose to come on the 12th of October so basically I was cleaned up right in time for my ovulation window.  hope all is well for you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

OK, so let's see... If you got a positive OPK on CD17, you probably ovulated on CD18 (possibly CD19), since the surge takes place about 24 to 48 hours before the egg is released. And if your luteal phase is about 14 days, you should expect your period on CD32. But hopefully, you won't get AF for another nine months :-)

i did do the opk on day cd17 it was positive that evening and the next day cd18 it was negative so i am way confused and a little worried it

Well, I guess it all depends on whether or not the lap made you ovulate later than normal. I would probably give it another week, and if still no AF, call your doctor and see what he/she says. Good luck!

Ok maybe i am confused my lmp was 09/02/08 i usual have my af 28-30 apart so by my caculation today is day 30 i took hpt last night and its bfn so how long shouldi wait for af before being concerned

My RE said after my lap that my cycle may be messed up the first month. My cycle wasn't off at all though. Like bny said some people do get pregnant that same month because your all cleaned out. Hopefully that's what happend :) Good luck

i also got mine on time as well after my lap...it does happen that people get preg the same month as their laps though! :)   Good luck with everything!

Well today is day 28 by my caculation so i still have another 2 days but it is very seldom i go 30
