Thanks all for putting my mind at ease. I went to see my accupuncturist and she also mentioned that it's probably from all the estrogen.
mlb1234- keep me posted on your egg retrieval and transfer!
Kathy - congrats on your beta!!!!
I wouldn't worry about the CM. It seems to change every few days depending on the meds.
I just went thru an IVF end of April and also had "gobs" of cervical mucus. My RE wasn't at all concerned. When he did the ultrasound to check on the follies (7 present), he commented on the mucus that he could see in the uterus.
Had 2 3dET on April 30th, my first beta was 89, second was 500.
The meds you are on will prevent premature ovulation.
Hope that eases your mind.
If on Monday your biggest follie was just 11 you can't be ovulating right now. I am sure your next u/s will show more and bigger follies but you will not even trigger till at least some of your follicles are at 18.
Looks like your cycle is going well with lots of follies at about the same size. It's all good news. Congrats!!!!
I was thinking that too. I did call the dr and he said medication will prevent ovulation but if I'm really feeling nervous I could come in and they would do an ovulation test. I'm just going to do one later myself. If I'm getting this much CM from 12 follies, I wonder what those that have 30 follies get!
I am wondering if that is just from the increased estrogen from all your follies...Call you doc though - you don't want any mistakes at this point in the cycle. Good luck!
p.s. I am having retrieval this Friday so we will be in TWW together!
I am not going back to my RE till tomorrow. (that is 2 days past my last appt). I called them and they said i could come in and they would do an ovulation test - a urine one - which frankly i can do at home. I actually did one last night and it was negative - didn't even have a faint second line so I'm hoping all is good. the dr told me that the ganarilex would prevent ovulation tho. i have been taking it the same time every morning. i'm just nervous because i have never seen so much CM!! it's like CRAZY amounts.
The ganarilex should prevent the ovulation. Are you taking at the same time everyday? My docotor told me not to go a minute over 24 hours. In fact she was fine if I took it a bit earlier each day. Defnintely call your docotor first thing in the morning. Do you get your blood checked every other day? I know I had to and I think that provides them with necessary info. as to when to do your trigger shot. I'm keeping my fingers crossed for you! Good Luck!
