late ovulation

Does anyone ovulate late in their cycle? Blood tests showed  I ovulate on day 18 or 19, I'm taking clomid and we start having sex day 6 onwards-usually every other day until day 25, I'm wondering if by the time I ovulate all the gd quality sperm has gone?  plus, since taking clomid my cervical mucas has altered and I find it hard to test it to judge the right time and I get cramps and ovulate type pain more than once each cycle, any suggestions? Clomidkid x

I am on clomid and O CD 17 for two months now.  I use pre-seed to help with my dry CM.  It is pretty late and I have a 31day cycle
