Afternoon all;
   I wanted to share with you all the home remedies that my extended family( Uncles, Aunts and cousins) still use today. I do use some of them and they have always helped me.

  You all are so welcome. I use several of the remedies along with my scripts and they do seem to help. I am going to see my Aunt is a couple of weeks and she is going to help me with some of the other remedies. Some of them I'm not sure how to measure the ingredients, so she is going to help me set up a journal. Take care all.

Thanks for the PM and posting this ! You know the website mentions American ginseng for CFS... that was recommended to me by an Immunologist. It helps with energy.

Before there were antibiotics... there was natural medicine and there are many drugs, including aspirin, that have herbs in them.

Thank so much Angel.  I do believe in the traditional role of natural methods.  I always use chicken noodle soup anytime i'm stuffy or with a cold.  This is an old wives tale from long ago...and it does work.
