I keep low carb, low fat diet.
I also do my best to stretch daily, like yoga, or chi-qong.  I don't do walking, low grade exercise of any kind, I tend to get disoriented on me feet too long (about 10 minutes).
Hydro. pool is fun, but I get dizzy in there.
I agree we should do what suits our condition the best and only in moderation.  But, moving around we must, so we don't get muscle atrophy.

Good day.

You could go swimming, very small amounts of walking or you could go through your local hospital physio dept, they hold ''armchair exercise'' groups in lots of areas. The pain clinics have exercise sessions attached to them all very low intensity you may also be able to get into a hydrotherapy group ( although there arent many about).

Well...it's pretty difficult for those with FMS or CFS to do anything physical.  Low-impact aerobics is one choice.  Walking is always good, warm water exercises....it's pretty much left to what one feels they can tolerate.  A good diet is, of course, important.

I don't get the exercise I would like.  Along with FMS/CFS I  have other medical issues that prevent me from exercising much.
