Do you think i have fibromylagia

It started about 12 years ago.  Started with the fogginess in my head and lead to tension headaches that i deal with on a daily basis.  It now has spread all the way down to my waist.  What I find curious is that it only affects the left side of my body.  Is this possible with fibro?  My muscles are so tight and sore that i get tightness of the chest, hurts to breathe deeply, feels like my heart is working harder, anxiety problems, IBS symptoms, back hurts constantly, headaches, exhaustion, the list goes on.  Are these signs of fibro?  Looking for answers.

It sounds like it 10 years ago my pains started with tight chest pains ,headaches a couple of years later I got headache in back of head down back of neck through to right shoulder blades, tiredness, backache constantly then ibs symptoms stomach pains, bloating the list goes on.After years of no help I have just been referred to a rhuemy waiting for an appointment.I had to insist on being sent to a specialist so don't take no if your worried seek help from someone who is experienced in these fields.Goodluck!

It's really hard to say without a medical evaluation. If you say it started 12 years ago, what have the doctors had to say, have they done any testing of any kind? Have you at any point been seen by a rheumatologist? I might suggest seeking a doctor that perhaps has experience in diagnosing and treating FMS so that other things can be ruled out.
