I wish they had mentioned CFS or FMS by name. They have yet to determine these as being autoimmune illnesses...unless this has changed in the past few months. At first it was a psychological illness; then rheumatic; then CNS...I wonder where we will eventually end up?

In a lot of illnesses (physical and mental health), there appears to be a "genetic loading" where people will have a certain amount of the required genetics but that a severe biopsychosocial trigger turns the genes "on." The heavier the genetic loading, the less severe the trigger needs to be...it's a huge start to see scientists finding these triggers.
