Hi everyone! I'm back from my month in Israel

I had a great trip, and recovered pretty well.  There were limits, but with a whole month - I was able to do and see quite a bit.

I haven't been here in a while and hearing how everyone is doing!

Hope you'll all found cures, and are really to pass them onto me :-).  Okay, hope you are all doing well!

And to those who ask - yes it's safe to travel to Israel.  NYC would be more intimidating, I think.

I wish.  They are doing all sorts of innovative medical research there, amazing stuff that's starting to get developed and exported to U.S. (like the colonscopy that will be done by taking a pill with a mini camera in it).  But I didn't ask much about CFS.  My Hebrew's essentially non-existent, and I had more important things to ask....like...is this my stop?  Actually, now that I think about it, they were much more easy going about any special requests I made "for medical reasons" than in the US..  Didn't need to explain why at all.  And in one museum without my asking the guide ran to get me a small folding seat, so I could sit in each room instead of looking uncomfortable perched on whatever I could find.

Travel with cfs is a real adventure though...
