High Tbo and Vitamin D Deficient

I received my new blood test results.
TPO Ab 110  Ref. Range 0-34
Viamin D, 25-Hydroxy 13.0 Ref. Range 30.0-100.0
Thyroxine (T4) Free, Direct, S T4, Free 0.96  Ref. Range 0.82-1.77
TSH 3.510 Ref. Range 0.450-4.50

Can someone please tell me what all this means, if it means anything.  Does having high levels of TPO always mean Hashi's?

In my opinion you need an Endo. You have low Vit D & TSH level over 3.0. You are hypo.

Are you having any symptoms?

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hi there!
Elevated TPO Ab indicates Hashimoto's thyroiditis which is the most common cause for hypothyroidism. In Hashimoto's thyroiditis there is hypothyroidism alternating with bouts of hyperthyroidism. There is weight gain, depression, sensitivity to heat and cold, muscle weakness, cramps, fatigue, panic attacks, memory loss, infertility and hair loss in this condition. People suffering from hypothyroidism may have low levels of vitamin D due to poor absorption from the gut. Low levels of vitamin D have been linked to the development of autoimmune diseases. Vitamin D deficiency can also be correlated to the presence of anti-thyroid antibodies and abnormal thyroid function tests. Thus Vitamin D may play a role in pathogenesis if autoimmune thyroiditis and its supplementation may be needed. It is best to consult an endocrinologist. That might help.
Good luck!
