Thanks vab  i have had 5 bad days now and have been sleeping alot!!!!  I had this a month ago but my face was swollen too... i told my doctor but they put it down to the anti-deps i was on at the time.
I stoped taking the anti deps as they made things worse and so am not on any meds at the moment so that cant be blamed... i have just found out that my grandad had thyrode problems.. i have had my bloods tested for this months ago but it came back clear?? am also having a lot of memory loss and mood swings...dont know what to do as the doctors just wont help me.. or refare me to a nurologist..... many thanks for your reply and many hugs
hope you have a good day

It sounds like an allergic reaction...the swelling.

My hubby often has blackness around his eyes that gets much worse when has not slept well.  I'm not sure what may be causing this if you are getting the proper sleep. Vitamin K creme will help if it is slow to go away.

Take care of yourself.
