also too, eating a well balanced diet will help you feel better as well.
I know exactly what you are talking about. All of us are probably in the same boat as each other at one point in time or another. Yesterday, I got like this by 1:00 p.m. I work as a noon hour assistant at my daughters school and my body started to feel tired and achy by time I left there. I had to go and get something to eat right away due to feeling exhausted and forgetting to eat breakfast. But when I do tire out, my legs and hips really get the beating of everything. I know that I'm done when they give out. That's when I have to go home and rest for a couple of hours. If I do that, then I may be able to do something else in a few hours times. Sometimes it doesn't work out like I want it to. I find that I depend on my daughter a lot. I have 3 children. My daughter is really awesome though. She never gives me grief. She is always willing to help me out in just about any way until it comes to house chores. Like any other kid, she hates chores! But she is my right hand. The best thing for us to do is to get as much rest as possible especially when feeling like this. Otherwise, we'll get sicker than what we want to be. Good luck
