milk thistle
has anyone ever heard of a mineral or vitamin called milk thistle? i was told by a friend that it gets rid of toxins in the body and can help people with fms and cfs!? any info?
HI. I know my mom takes Milk Thistle and is does wonders for her. She actually just told me I should take it.
Milk thistle is good for liver detoxification. Its been so long since I've tried it... I don't remember how I felt after taking it. But I can give you a link to a forum that I belong to in MedHelp... I love this forum because IMO, it is very beneficial.. especially to those of us who have fibro & CFS. We often discuss infections, probiotics, diet, preferred choice of supplements and a lot more.
