Trackers are Fantastic!! My Dr. said...:)

Good morning all;
    I printed out my trackers and took them to my Rheumy, he was pleased with the results. He said that he wished his other patients would do the same. I told him that they all could go to medhelp and they would be able to take advantage of everything offered to them. He wrote down all of the info, he was so funny....lol. I am so thankful he is my Rheumy.  

   I woke up feeling better than I have in months, almost "skeered" me me I felt so good. Don't get me wrong, I was still stiff, had body pains, hobbled to the bathroom, but I felt as tho I had slept all night. A restful sleep. Yaaaahoooo!! My right thumb feels so much better, a little sore but I can handle that, my left knee has settled due to the Hyalgan injection yesterday and it's not throbbing. I have 4 more to go, I just hope that it gets better and better.

   He did add a couple of meds to my cocktail, ~~~sigh~~~, but if last night was just a hint of how I am going to be feeling, I won't be griping about it. He put me on Requip because my legs absolutely felt like they were going to fall off at night. I had one of the best nights sleep in months. He also gave me Voltaren Gel to rub on my thumb and other joints to help ease the pain, it did the job. Even tho aspirin doesn't bother me, I don't want to use a whole lot of it, so the Voltaren will be used only if needed.

   So, that is the newest chapter of The Life and Pains of KiddtheKatt. I hope you all have less pain today and please be safe.

Congrats on feeling better and getting more rest.  I am a newbie here and I hope to learn more about getting better sleep and finding ways to feel better.  This seems like a great site to learn and and also meet some good people and sharing info about our health issues.

oops...I forgot to say, enjoy that pool for me.  We just got a new one...nothing fancy...and don't you know we set it up, got it filled and it looked so inviting...until I saw the leak!!!!   Sheesh!!!  Right at the seam.  Maybe we can enjoy the new one when it comes before summer is over **sighs**  It's hot!!!

Yes they are.  I keep my room cool too, as I just can't tolerate the heat and I keep the ceiling fan on as well.  I start off with the sheet on, then by the mid a.m. i'm sweating like the dickens (drenched).  I toss off the sheet and, of course, the ac and fan make me freeze while wet.  It's neverending, lol.  

Awww...I use  to let my pups sleep with me too.  My pup now is too big and unruly, but the cats do snuggle up with us.  Skidball (my white kitty) knows exactly where to get when it's bedtime.  Right at the end of my feet is his place, lol.  My "fat cat" plops his big backside where ever he likes!!! hahaha

We had grilled chicken tonight.  Dh cooked so I won't complain about it no matter what he serves.  :-)  You take care too and have a great evening.

Hi ya'll,
     I'm still here and going strong, well, as strong as possible....:) I took a swim, floating around in the pool more like it, and then had a nice nap. I'm a little tired but ok. The Doc was really interested in the trackers, he was showing them to the other doctor in the practice. I thought that was pretty kool. I did tell him that I would bring one in for every appointment, and he said that would be fine.

    Those too hot and too cold nights are the pits. We keep our bedroom pretty cold at night, and we both have to use a fan, sad huh, but I sleep better when the room is cold. All my babies have a big fluffy floor pillow in the den that they sleep on at night, but my Treci sleeps with me. She burrows down in  the bed where it's warm. The rest of the herd act so bad at night, they sleep on their pillow with a quilt over them. I need to figure out what to make for dinner tonight, I think chili cheese dogs sound pretty good. And easy...:) Take care.

Angel - I'm so happy to hear the he found the trackers useful.  I think you are the first one i've heard who have actually taken them into their physician.  I'm sure MH will also be thrilled to know this.

Glad you are having a better day (and got some good sleep).  I'm going through the "to hot/to cold" nights.
