What do you do for joint pain?

My fingers hurt like heck, like they are swollen. I've tried rubbing them with stuff and it doesn't help. So I am asking what do you do for join pain?

I have personally been trying to stay off of meds to help with the joint pain, because I have so many reactions to medications now.  My doc says it is very common for people with fibro to be hypersensitive to medications, and to experience many of the possible side effects listed on the drug bottle.  For this reason, I have turned to water aerobics.  It is important with fibro to stay active, but not overdo it.  Water aerobics seems to put the least amount of strees on my joints, and gives me added energy.  Just be sure to find a heated pool.  Cold water won't do anything but cramp you up and make it worse.

try Capisine cream.  Might be Capizine or close to that spelling.. The longer you use it the better it works.  It can be found near Bengay and aspercreme products.

Once upon a time when I was first diagnosed, I had to put my hands in a large bowl of warm water for relief. They were hurting, stinging and also felt numb and were swollen. Hope this helps.
