Water/Pool Therapy

Does anyone here have a warm therapy pool at home?
I once had a scrip for physical therapy and had 21 amazing visits (compliments of my ins co) it was the best thing I've ever done for pain relief, because in addition to the warmth of the water I also was getting exercise with the therapist.
But, of course, after the 21 visits, everything went back to where it was. Pain. Pain. Pain.

I'm trying to get all the info I can to see of getting an warm pool at home is worth the time, effort, and MONEY.  My husband says it's not. (and since when does HE have FMS? Hmmmmm)
But, if it works for y'all I'd love to hear everything you have to share.
Thanks SO much!

Thank you for sharing your experience with me.  We've been talking since I posted this and decided that a large jacuzzi in lieu of a pool might be the better choice since a heated pool could be unaffordable for us.
Right now we do have a small hottub, but it's not large enough to a real soak. And, because of my increasing pain we're making plans to build a single story house (stairs are my worst enemy now) we'd probably have to leave the hottub here for the new owners.
Again, thanks.

My chiro wrote me a prescription for a jacuzzi, and it was tax deductable. It was wonderful for fibro! The IRS didn't question the medical deduction at all. Go for it...You can use it morning and night, at least that is what my chiro, and primary care physician recommended. Very worthwhile....and I'll bet your husband would enjoy it too!
