I've taken this for about 6 years off and on. It does let you sleep but i find that a whole pill leaves me feeling rummy the next day until at least noon wheras half a pill seems to work best for me. It may not give quite as long a time to sleep but its better than nothing at all. I don't like to be dependent on meds so i use it abt every other night.

Yes, I take Trazadone and it is the only way I can sleep through the night.  Plan on getting at least 8 hrs. of sleep, as it may put you out for that length of time.

Hope you rest well tonight.

I have trouble sleeping, just being able to get comfortable for a minute stops me from being able to sleep. I have not tried this, but if you do,please let me know how it works. Exhausted myself, Jacqie
