balancing act
How does one be successful in pain management without develping dependence. Currently taking 10 mg hydro and wondering if the mess are making the pain worse. Have fibro and a bad shoulder.
Thank you. Fibro aches are the worse. Can even stand to be hugged sometimes. It is really a balancing act. How else do you manage your paain?
