fibro

i have been dx with fibro and lately my wrists feel like the bone is about to snap  when i put pressure on them.  My ankles feel the same when I stand.  Is this just part of fibro?

If you haven't had any problems with arthritis, I am inclined to agree with the others here who have had the same problems due to fibro.  If it continues or worsens you may want to have it checked out just to be on the safe side.  

I pray that it will ease up in a few days for you.

it is not pain in them.  I've gotten pretty used to that.  This is different, it is when i put pressure on them.  It feels like my joint is going to snap in half.  It's hard to explain. my fingers feel like I have jammed them reallly bad, and then my wrist, ankles, and knees feel like they will break when I put pressure on them.  I have not been dx'd with arthritis.

Nope dai3symae.  Mine often hurts too.  It's a very strange feeling.

katiedidit, is it a weak feeling in them or pain when you put pressure on them?  Have you ever been dx'd with any form of arthritis?  I'm trying to get a little more information on what you are going through.

I thought I was the only person whose hair hurt.  I hope you feel better soon.

My skin hurts alot too, but this is a different feeling that it concerned me.  My hair hurts so bad that i had it cut off this weekend.  Maybe I am in the middle of a bad flair, and haven't had one like this before.  Thank you for your comment.

Yes it is part of FM. When my flare first started back in Oct. 07 it felt like my whole body was going to break. It even hurt to wear clothes, it sounds stupid but true. My husband would just touch me & I would jump out of my skin it hurt so bad. That lasted until April or May of this year. Still feel like I have been hit by a truck but not as bad. Hope yours clears up soon.
