help...icy hot sensation in legs, feeling of lightheadedness, confusion

Hi there. I am a otherwise healthy 32 year old male. Never had any health problems before and now scared to say the least. It all started approx 1 week ago. First an unconstant ache in right groin area. That transformed into a warm h2o sensation inner right thigh. That subsided on turned into an icy hot sensation on both upper thighs along with weakness in both legs. Now the weakness is still here along with lightheadedness and confusion. Am I going insane? Had tons of stress latley with job loss, wife misscarrying, lawsuits and an EX WIFE from hell. Any thoughts?

I have anxiety with my fibro and it always makes the symptoms a lot worse.  I have similar burning pain in my legs, rubbery sounds like my anxiety.

Thanks for responding first of all. Yes I am a male. I must of clicked the wrong button or something when first signing up. Part of me wonders if I am having anxiety issue with all my stress and perhaps it is affecting me phiscally?

Your profile indicates you are a female? Is this a mistake??? I would see a doctor about your symptoms. In order to be diagnosed with FM you would need to have pain in at least 11 of 18 designated tender points on your body, which are located in the upper and lower quadrants of your body. There are many other possible symptoms as well. I think it would be best to be evaluated by a professional. Good luck.
