nausea,, headaches, loss of appetite over 2 month's

Hi I am a Fibromyalgia patient for about 8 year's now. I am at my worse at this point. I don't know if my latest symptoms are related to the fibromyalgia or is this something else going on? For just about 3 month's now I have been waking up with terrible headaches, nightsweats. Much more pain these days. Then throughout the day I have No appetite, but, when I do get the urge to eat I can never finish then I become get nausea. After whatever dinner I might eat I became so cold with shivers and need to put heavy socks on because they feel so numb. I can't get warm. I also am losing weight. Help

The headaches and increased pain could be fibro related, however, a lot of your other symptoms don't really sound like it to me.  Especially with the change in appetite and loss of weight, I'd definitely suggest getting checked out by your doctor.

I hope you feel better soon.
