I find my B12 injections works best if I am taking iron and folic acid as well.  It seems the 3 work well together.

The antidepressants will simply help you deal with the emotional distress we all go through from health issues.

Good luck hun!

You are lacking "intrinsic factor" in your gastric system - so you cannot absorb any of the B.

You need a B12 with the intrinsic factor - just make sure that is what you are getting.

Also, try patches - it will bypass the liver.

The antidepressants are merely to help your mood, not your health.
