What have you had the most success with?

I am returning to my Neuro this afternoon to discuss our next treatment.  I had to discontinue Savella yesterday (day 12) due to increased heart rate and a rash on my body.  :-(  For the first time in years, the Fibro "Fog" was lifted on the Savella, my energy returned, and my pain was almost at NONE.  But I am allergic to the medication.

What has worked best for you when it comes to the symptoms I listed above.  I've dealt with many many more Fibro symptoms, but these seem to be the main ones that keep me from functioning well at work daily.

12.5mg 2 times day of Savella has been the best 4 me. the higher dosages of Savella was to much so i was put on low dosages and so far it the best so far. Its now a cure all but seems better than most...good luck

i take 50 mg of pristiq which has really helped with the usual aches from fibro, so much so that i don't have to take the prescribed 800 mg of lodine cept for a couple times a month. it has also helped me be more energetic!
