Thank you for your comment.I went to a different pcp yesterday and he is very sure that it is all anxiety related. I find that hard to accept but very hopeful that is the correct diagnosis as it isnt life threatening. I did go ahead and make an appontment with a cardiologist for tomorrow and a neurologist and phsychiatrist next week.If they all say anxiety I will have to accept it and gladly! In the mean time the doctor gave me small dosage vallium to help me relax and sleep so hopefully that helps! Just makes me feel not myself and that Im losing my mind! I have been under extreme stress. New baby 4 mos ago my aunt diagnosed with breast cancer and fighting for custody of my eldest child. Also just recently got married so hopefully it is all just anxiety and I can get proper treatment but Ill keep you posted!

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hi there,
Many pathological conditions could be  the possible causes of your symptoms like migraine attacks, thyroid disorders, spondyloarthropathies, peripheral neuropathies etc.Generalized anxiety disorder can cause nausea, headache, sweating, flushing, numbness irritability, decreased concentration etc.The other closest differential is fibromyalgia and post traumatic stress disorder .Fibromyalgia is diagnosed by a complete history and physical examination. It is better to rule out conditions that mimic fibromyalgia. Once any pathology is ruled out seeking the opinion of a psychologist will be really helpful. Symptomatic treatment and counseling may help. Do keep us posted.
Best of luck and regards!
