I have fibromalgia and hypothyroism and pre diabetic. Never would have thought I would end up like this. My Mom had fibromalgia ,thyroid disease, and arthritis. What does everyone do to sleep.? Something natural Please!!!!
To be honest I have to use sleep meds to get any sleep at all. My doctor gives me Restoril, but I like the OTC Avil PM. I get a full nights sleep and I'm not groggy when I wake up. When I'm in a flare nothing helps. Hope you can find something that helps.
I've not found anything natural that would help me get a good nights sleep. I have RLS/PLMD so I need prescription meds. or I would never sleep.
The best route to take would be to have a sleep study done to find out why you are not getting proper rest. You could also use google and search for natural sleep products. I wish you the best, as restorative sleep is key to these illnesses.
