I've always had this rough thick patchy spot dry skin on my foot only at my ankle top of foot it doesnt hurt and its just ugly and wrinkly is this normal for a 22 year old...i have no dry skin other than my foot...if i touch it i cant feel anything....help please thanks

Its rough dry scales and i was told to use sandpaper n lotion.....:)

this could be eczema from a sandal strap irritation (if you commonly wear one).
if you are light skinned, i recommend having this area biopsied to rule out malignancies.
