please help
my girlfriend has dark red spots on her toe, it is spreading, it does not burn, it is swollen and throbbing, when pressure is applied it turns slightly purple. please help.

it is difficult to assess this without seeing them. i recommend seeing a podiatrist or dermatologist to get treatment....especially since they are spreading.
