falling apart

Recently I went to my GI doctor and he did a upper Endoscopy. And it was normal not sure what that mean considering I am still have spasms in my upper left side above breast. My blood pressure is high one minute and low the next example one day it's 140/90 pulse 76 and today it's 113/70 pulse 91. It's like this mostly after my monthly. My doctor ordered a CT abd/pelvis with contrast. I always feel like phlegm is in my throat. That make me feel nausea and throwing up, but nothing never comes up. Sometimes I make my self throw up then I feel fine. Not sure what's going on with my body. Maybe someone can help me figure it out. My chest feels uncomfortable with aches and pains but still they say it's not your heart which is good but still. What else can I do? Just eating is a problem. Please help feeling helpless and depressed.

That's the direction I am going in because about a few days ago. I had a doctor from the ER tell me that my chances of having a heart attack is none. Because the tests they did to reassure my mind. He also said to seek counseling, talk to my pastor or see a physicist. Because it not my heart. Which I have never said it was. There is pain and if they would search other things maybe they would have found that. Lol but I am getting treatment for sinus now. Haven't had a great deal of pain as before so I think that could have been it. Thank you all for the advice

Your symptoms aren't conventional for heart disease, and your blood pressure readings are in the normal range, a little high, but definitely not low.  Spasms are definitely not cardiac symptoms, in my opinion.  I wonder if you are in a cold-weather zone, it can play havoc with sinuses which can cause phlegm to drain.  Selma's advice makes considerable sense to me, but I'm not a health professional.  That said, I've had a lot of heart/blood pressure issues, and your highs and lows aren't at all alarming.  Low blood pressure is much more worrisome in many heart issues, pressures like 50/35.  I'd move in the direction of cleaning the sinuses, and an  easy way to start is to humidify a house in a dry climate.

No I have not but that is a good suggestion. Because sometimes my nose hurts and feels stopped up but it's not. I will ask my Dr about it. I see him this week. Thank you

Hi and welcome to the GERD forum.

May I ask, have u considered seeing an ENT to see if it may be sinus related?....Post nasal drip can cause the nausea and stomach upset....and can trigger GERD....so since u have all that phlegm do look into this as a possibility.

Ask ur Dr about trying an antihistamine to see if it helps....
