Digestive

My son is three years old. Ever since he was two weve notice that his bowelmovements are very lose and runny and have no texture. Weve tryed everything we can think of already from changing his eating habites to when he ate how much he and what he drank and it made no difference. We have been back and forth between a numerous diffrent doctors and they have run out of answers so they referred us to a specialist and they couldnt even help us. So I'm seeing if anybody else has another answers for us?

here are the symptoms:
Bloating
Gas and/or stomach cramping
Diarrhea or runy stool
Constipation
Constant unexplained fatigue
Lactose Intolerance
Nausea, Vomiting (Every now and then)
Thirst all the time
Has no control or sense of when hes having a bowel movement
Irritability/listlessness
Confusion
Abominal pain
Rectal pain
Has been dehydrated a few times
Has had dilated intestines
Bad Breath

Check his blood glucose levels and get back to me.

He did get tested for celiac disease and that was negative. Hes never had his blood glucose levels checked at all.
