GERD

I have an asthma and I think it because of GERD. please help me I'm confuse. thx more power..

  U would be best to speck to ur local pharmacist as they know what in compounded in the diff vitamins and which may be best for ur stomach issues.....I would also suggest getting the smaller quantity until u know for sure that u can handle them well.

   And u will want ur PCP to do blood labs to see if u have low levels to know what dose and which vitamins u should be taking.

  Hi...I would hope u have been to a Dr regarding this...asthma can be triggered by GERD, and GERD can affect the vagus nerve which can also  affect asthma....since this  is breathing, do see ur Dr and make sure u r under the drs care for this.

There r ways u can modify ur diet and lifestyle that can help along with meds if ur Dr feels u need them....
