I had all the same symptoms and I had an endoscopy, biopsy and blood tests done to discover that I have celiac disease. I have been on a gluten free diet for a little over a month and I feel much better. I also have gerd which causes me that globus sensation sometimes. I cannot eat any acidic fruits or juices and sodas. Sometimes certain combinations of food causes me problems. I don't think the ENT goes very far down, because I had one go down my throat. However, it was some years prior to that I felt like something was caught in my throat. I found out it is a common ailment of people who are stressed out and anxious. If you and other around you don't see yourself as stressed out and anxious, you might try a GI specialist and ask for an upper GI series.
