Help this horrible heartburn please!

I have constant heartburn anymore, but tonight it's really, really bad. I've already taken my Nexium AND Tums just a little while ago. Is there ANYthing else I can take or try to help with this horrible heartburn?

I can't think of nething else other than ginger tea.

If u have green tea which is decaffinated......

But I have used an apple many times, but u said ur throat feels like it is closing and that is y I said the tea.

If it is acid I would say the apple...if u have apple juice....u could try that.

Ugh, I just don't even feel like eating. Do you really think an apple will help?
