whats happening to me at night

i have been having a lot of acid reflux symptoms for about 3.5 weeks went to dr and did a blood test came back positive for h poliy. i have not ate much in 3.5 weeks try to drink lots of water . got a antibiotic and since i dont eat much like for instance breakfast-oatmeal lunch-applesauce dinner-applesauce or fruit at night i wake up with the shakes and stomach pains. i am afraid to eat i dont want to get sick.  could the shakes be from not eating enough?

I had to take my antibiotics with buttermilk when i had Hpylori to save my stomach from severe burning and to prevent a yeast infection.  Acidopholus milk also helps as does yogurt if you get the plain that has less sugar than the fruit ones.  Drink lots and lots of water while taking antibiotics especially since you are on such high doses.  It is very hard on your body to take antibiotics so LOTS and LOTS of water.  Good luck!

U deff need to eat...ur system will create acids to break down the foods, and since u r not eating , there will be too much acid....so u will be in a viscous cycle.

Y r u not eating? U can also see weight increase when u deny urself food like this as well...ur body goes into starvation mode and turns all food into fat and not much energy......

Talk to ur dr about this and get on a diet that will help minimize ur getting sick and keep u well fed.
