The dehydration and high creatine levels may be due to excess vomitting.  It could be food poisoning.  What did he eat 8 hrs before he got sick? any poultry products? Was he tested for heliobacter pylori?

When you repost this please include any and all labs and values you have currently, what the doctors have said, and what his symptoms are.  Yes, unlike doctors we are very interested in symptoms.  We believe that is the heart of auto immune and it goes so commonly ignored.  I really hope you get some answers soon!

Please post this on the Thyroid Disorders Community.

I am a member there, but I am very new to auto immune (I suffer from this).  I'm hoping someone there can help you.  Please post ASAP.  You should start getting responses within an hour or so of posting and you'll probably get quite a few.  We are a super close community with a lot of wonderful people.

My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family right now.

He was hospitalized for two days, got home last night. His kidneys were failing they don't know why. No infections. His creatnine is still high 168 and normal is around 80. The proteine from his urine is gone. His was on IV as he was dehydrated. We are still waiting for the results for auto imune deaseses.

Have you taken him to the doctors or ER?  It could be anything as normal as Appendicitis to something far more serious.  The symptoms are too vague.  But starting somewhere would be helpful.  The doctors could rule out appendicitis and go from there.
