I need help figuring out if I have gerd

I need figuring out if I have gerd. The past month I have been having on and off heartburn. Pain in the upper back. Mild pain in upper and lower abdomen. And sometimes around my chest. And after all this pain will occur (which is on and off) I will sometimes get the sensation to either pass gas or have to make a bowel movement. If I do either or, the pain will simmer down. It always feels like I have something in my throat which I had some tonsil swelling in the beginning of April which is still on and off. I don't believe it would be heart related since early January until now I have been to the doctor twice. Both times my blood pressure was perfect and did blood work and it came back perfect. And it always feels like no matter what I eat I will 75% of the tirlme feel some type of heartburn related pains. Thank you ahead of time for your help

The best way is to see a doctor. What you described can be acid reflux symptoms. Try OTC acid reflux meds
