Stabbing pains

i am having continuous stomach pains.feels like i am being stabbed with a knife.this has been going on for about a half an hour now. what can i do?

When I had stabbing pains in the lower gut, I was experiencing a bowel blockage.  I didn't go to the hospital for twenty-four hours, and it was too long a wait, I had emergency surgery and had a close call.  If you are still having stabbing pains in the mid/lower gut, go to the emergency room immediately.

  Hi...sorry to ask such a personal question, but when was ur last BM...was it a normal BM...by normal I do not mean ur typical BM but one ur Dr would say is normal....

If u r having issues having a daily movement u may want to take a stool softener or something to help eliminate.

Talk to ur Dr for the best suggestions and to see what the issue could be...ie- low magnesium levels....diet....
