PLEASE HELP ME GASTRITIS STOMACH REFLUX

Hi I have been experiencing some very crazy symptoms that has me very concerned just to fill you in I am a 23 yr old male never had any major health concerns until the begining of this month this month ive been to the er for chest pains, nasusea,malaise and as of recent severe chest pain which was later diagnosed by the doctor as gastritis and stomach reflux. According to them this was the cause of the severe heartpain i have been feeling a burning senssation when i breath in my nose and the back of my throat no blood in the stool some dizzyspells headaches but the craziest was last night i ate about an hr before going to sleep and could not go to sleep  it was a tingling radiating pain through mainly my torso but also traveled up and down my body very uncomfortable and impossible to go to sleep I have been having axiety issues and been under alot of stress alsoo been having some ear pain and slight sinus symptoms  ( I need to get away)
i just discoverd when pressing down on certain areas of my stomach i get a dull by slight pain as well I have no insurance and need some guidance on what to do next ? please anyone help

ty so much I rebuke cancer in jesus name I really want to get better its been a week since I was diagnosed but it feels like years cause I never dealt with pain like this,i, really bothers me when sleeping . what about the, tingling burning season while trying to sleep

Hope you are more calm now.

I also have gastritis but a mild version of it. Perhaps because I am very careful with my diet already and living style. Regardless of that, it is serious and it could end up in cancer.

As far as your case, you have to eat dinner at least 3 hours before going to bed. Try to eat
your meals  at the same time everyday.
Search for gastritis and stomach reflux and mayo clinic to see their recommendations.
Try to relax by breathing at least three times deeply and continue concentrating in your for at least 3 minutes whenever you have an anxiety attack.
Avoid processed and fatty food for now. NO JUNK OR FAST FOOD.
Get some probiotics. Eat raw sauerkrat wo salt (1 TBS per meal). The best is the organic one made from goat milk. You can find it in a health market. If you are in NYC, go to lifethyme or Integral Yoga in the West village or in the farm market. If you suspect that a certain food (acidic or fatty or sweet) produce the pain, avoid it. Start writing a diary of your daily digestive activities including meals.  If your overweight, you should consider walking 30 minutes a day or go the gym and do 30 min of cardio and lift some weights,

Get a friend who likes to cook and see if you can get some vegetable broth or chicken broth starting from scratch and no FAT (using organic v egetable and meat trying to avoid pesticides and chemicals). Try to make some carrot soup with ginger.
Chew a piece of fresh ginger when you feel the pain. It works against inflammation.
Gastritis is an inflammation in your stomach.

My recommendation is to increase the vegetarian portion of your meals and get away from processed foods. You may try to gogle Kuchi macrobiotics to get some recipes.

Anyway, Mayo Clinic also have recipes to try but I don't remember if they have suggestion about dishes for patients w gastritis.
