Could you have acid reflux and the only symptoms be severe shoulder pain, extending down the arm and sometimes in the neck?
Hi,
Acid reflux pain can radiate towards the neck. But I have not heard of it radiating down the arm.
Immediate cardiac evaluation and if it is normal an orthopedic evaluation of the cervical spine should be done.
