Sour taste

I had a severe flu 1 year ago with  high fever & much vomiting.  Since then I have had stomach problems and a constant sour taste in the back of my throat. 2 endoscopy's later with negative results and my symptoms are still here. Nexium and changing my diet have not worked.  The only relief I had was for 10 days when I was on vacation..the sour taste disappeared! I cannot eat large meals or eat late at night. Does anyone have this very annoying sour taste??

Stress is a big factor in many instances with our health.

We need to learn to go slowly and relax....our society is too fast paced.

Try yoga, or meditation and see if that helps...prentend u r back on ur vacation. : )

Actually I didn't eat anything different but I am wondering if it has to do with stress since I was away from work and all the problems associated with daily life at home.
