Using over-the-counter Prevacid24

I am 76. I stopped taking Nexium because it caused me digestion problems. I have been taking Prevacid24 for 5 days. It seems to be working. The directions say I can only take it for 14 days. So what do I do after the 14 days is over? Thank you, Guy.

I agree with riverwide,  OTC meds r not for continued use as u should be under a drs care and this is y most OTC meds will have this printed on the instructions.

Check with your doctor, but chances are you can stay on it. I have been on this type of medication for much longer than that, but again, make sure your doc says it's fine.
