White speck..Blood in Rectum & now Diarrhea??

I hope I have the right doctor...if I don't I am sorry...

Last week I had a white speck in my poo about the size of a thumb nail, and a week later a burning sensation in my intestines, and bloating.  the past two days I have been bleeding after going to the bathroom, the first time was maroon red with clump of blood it looked like, and then yesterday bright red with maroon colour.  I have abdominal pain and pain above my abs, and can not lift anything heavy or even my cat can not sit on me without it hurting.
Yesterday my throat started hurting a lot, and is still hurtng today.  Today I have diarrhea that is almost a yellowy green... but no blood
I drink lots of water everyday, and eat fiber cereal as well..

In June I got really sick and the doctors told me I had an infection in my intestines, so I took some medicine and after a few days it was gone.

Is this hemorroids or something more??

Hi,
Bleeding per rectum could be due to hemorrhoids, fissures, polyps, IBD, infectious colitis, diverticulosis and malignancy.
Bleeding due to hemorrhoids is usually bright red.
So in your case the source could be a little high up.
Sigmoidoscopy may be done for evaluation.
