acid reflux
I am getting up every day with mucus and some pain in my chest,and was diagnosis with a sliding hernia. it hurt to walk and bend some day.

I agree with gnorb it sounds like u have reflux....r u on meds for this? H hiatal hernia sliding or not can cause reflux....and it is important to know that in adition to meds u need to also what ur diet and lifestlye.
