hey recently ive been having a weakness in my right leg from the hip area..im not sure if its muscular or not but its troubling me quite alot..
thanks alot for the info, wow 30 years thats a long time
it sounds as if your having anxiety and OCD thinking to much about it I have had anxiety for 30 years and it has not left me but I control it better then I us to when you find the breath start in breath throw your Noise and out your mouth Only like a C Noise out mouth it helps keep the breath from going in to something ells also in the breathing take in throw the noise and hold a few mints,,, if you keep having the Fear it will lead to wores things keep telling your self your going to Uni dont stop if you talk your self out of it then it will get wores you are doing the anxiet dance I call it ocd on top of it, I was AGORAPHOBIA dont stop from going I promise u if you get it again just deal with the breathing and keep doing what U have to dont let it take OVER if you do it can take your hold life and comsume u I know! you are 17 teen you have a hole life a head of you dont let this take you keep pushing you will soon have it and it wont have u,,, just do the strees releavers and read talk on the phone and walk and keep your mind active,,,,,dont let the fear take over and keep U from going rememebr you family is only a phone call away and they have meds if you have to take them but try not to...
hey, I just wanted to as you a question, i get the same chest tiredness sometimes and it feels difficult to breathe, but now I can control it, I still am having a doubt whether if I go to university will it trigger or not? coz for the past 6 months from the time I got this I havent been occupied at all and not socialized with friends coz of this, but when im with them I forget about this and feel normal, but there is always a fear that I will get it again
..that is what I was trying to say......
find what helps u relax and use that method on a regular basis.......it is normal for people ur age to have these stress's and anities....u just need to learn how to move forward with out dwelling on them.
I am sure u will be fine....please keep us posted

hey, I did some research and in most websites its said that anxiety cant be cured by meds and the best way is to ignore it and to just be... I tried doing that and I feel better, I just ignore the symptoms when it comes and it goes away in like 10 minutes whereas earlier it stays on for like 5-6 hours where I walk in circles thinking about the symptoms, I just want to know if I keep doing this will it help me to regain my emotions..
hmm, so you think that it would be advicable if I dont go to Uni?..And everytime when I go out and hang out with friends I dont feel anything, I feel normal except for the fact that I cant get emotional..
Hi...well it is true if u r not busy u can tend to fixate on issues...but if u r busy...u do not have the time to.
I pray that going to Uni will be a help...and know, that being stress at ur age is normal....and do not make it a bigger issue than it is...bcuz u r feeding it to get bigger....
Please keep me posted on ur progress at Uni

She said that since im just 17 there is no need of taking meds or any treatment as well..
I visited my Doctor yesterday and she said that since im not occupied and since i Idle all the time this keeps coming, she just told me to exercise and go to Uni as soon as possible coz ill be occupied there all the time and wont have time to think about this.
....I was able to find the Feldenkrais books on line...Amazon had them...and I am sure ur local bookstores or library will too.
But ne kind of meditation, or yoga should help u to relax...everyone will pick a diff kind that suits them best.
If the Uni is a option to get to see a specialist or a dr that can help u by all means go if u can .U have to make the choice....if u can afford to go money wise and if u can afford not to go health wise.
Research the drs u might see and find out if u feel they can help.Once u find the right dr u will know.

hmm i tried finding a place over here about Feldenkrais but i couldn't, are there any other methods online where i can get some info to cure anxiety..do you think its advicable for me to go to Uni in August? I feel better but not 100 percent.
Hi....it all depends onwhat method u use...I was told to get Feldenkrais method by my dr for overall health and posture.....it should help with personal awareness so it could help u relax.
Try and let us know what works.

Do you think I can eliminate anxiety by buying a book related to curing anxiety online coz ive heard and seen peoples comments saying that they work.
Exercise will only help u feel better as long as u do not have a condition that restricts the activity....but everyone needs to be active to some degree to improve their health.
So the weak heart issues could be from a lack of exercise in general.
I am still not sure what u mean, but if u feel u no longer have anxiety...I am sure it is possible to be anxiety free.....not everyone suffers from anxeity and some only occasionally.
I hope that does answer ur question, although it is my opinion.

Can anxiety be completely gone off from my body? 1 more thing is that sometimes my heart feels weak, is this because of lack of exercise coz once i started exercising my heart doesnt feel weak as earlier always, its better now..
Hi...I am not sure if I understand what u r asking.....if u could rephrase the question?
"selma"
can anxiety be completely eliminated and 1 more thing i have is that my heart tends to feel heavy, like kinda weak...yoga is helpin but slowly..
Hi...I am not aware of a site with Feldenkrais instruction.....most likely u will need to get a book...or a local place that might offer a class.
Stress can do many things...yes it is possible to be stressed and have a breathing issues and ur gerd issue as well.
The yoga classes u r taking may very well help u alot......breathe slowly and try to relax....
Remember that meds r not a cure, justa way to help reduce the main issues, we have to make changes in our diet and our lifestyles in order to feel better.

Oh yeah and 1 more thing i wanted to ask, do people get breathing problems for stress as well? and Gastric?
hey i googled Feldenkrais and i couldnt find a way how to do it. Do you know any websites that show how this method works, if so please post a link. Today before my Lunch i found it difficult to breathe for around half an hour but after I ate it got better and then after an hour it was completely ok, so I guess this breathing problem triggers when I have gastric..And recently I've been starting to get pains in my body, I dont know if its muscular or not sometimes on the right or left side of my chest and at the back of my chest especially, this started after I started to exercise..
