I had constipation on jan 10th and then had a movement on the 14th,15th,17th,18th,20th and on the. On the 19th my stomach felt really full it even looked swollen right after i ate a very small amount of food. i went to the dr. and he said that it was severe constipation. then i had another movement on the 23rd and the 24th.but now its like i can feel the food i eat come up and go back down after i eat and all i had was one granola bar and i had alot of gas and thats not usual for me. After all that calmed down (stopped eating that night) it feels heavy on the left side of my stomach like something on that side of me is swollen. Physically it looks the same. what is going on with me

my bowel movements have went back to noramal (every two or three days) but my stomach still feels sick constantly and i feel like a rush of heat in my stomach and in my ribs which just started.so when i kept going to the doctor about my last problem all the doctors where saying the same thing that it was severe constipation. but thats not a problem anymore, now i have all these other problems. i go to seea new doctor on the 14th (to start blood test)hopefully they will be able to just cure me so i can start to enjoy life.

My gastro doctor suggested I change my diet (more fiber, more water, smaller amounts) and I have a colonoscopy scheduled for March 25th to look for diverticulitis....

Anything new on your end?

I currently have some of the same issues with constipation and the gas buildup on my left side.  Sometimes the gas pain is really bad and I need to lay down on my back or left side and physically push the gas to the the correct "exit".  I can't tell you what it is because my docs are still trying to put all my symptom puzzle pieces together, but let's keep each other posted on each other.  :)

I would recommend going to a gastoenterolgy doctor.  My appointment is in two weeks.  Stay tuned....
