which dr to use for throat problems?

I have had ENT prescribe acid reflux meds but which Dr. should I be seeing  to really examine my throat, ENT or Gastro Dr?

I have had this problem for ages too, no DOCTOR knows what the ACID in the throat and back of my mouth...i noticed it gets worse when i have sugar or cakes, or sweet breads...had my caeliac tested...came back negative...

ITS SO FRUSTRATING, i have had the gastroscopy done too..."inflamed lining" is all i got!!   NO DRUGS WORK FOR ME..

Hi..if ur throat issues r due to gastro problems u need to see a Gastro dr.....

What meds were u rx'd? It is highly possible that u have the right meds, but the GI dr will get to the root of the problem or that is what they should be doing.
