17 years old male with gallstones

First of all I'm from East Europe - Bulgaria. I want to ask if there's any other treatment to gallsones (11mm) than surgery. Because one of the doctors here told me that I'm too young to have my Gallbladder removed, but I can't take pills because the stones are too much? I think they are around 12-15 little stones. I think the cause is because I was overweight and then I lost weight kind of rapidly. I was 113kg (191cm), and now I am 90kg. Here in Bulgaria nobody told me anything else for treatment instead of this small surgery with 3 little holes. I don't have history of this disease in my parents or anybody. Blood values are fine. I didn't have acute pain (crysis) for 2-3 months, since I don't eat chocolate, eggs and fatty foods. So if theres something to do even outside my country without removing the gallbladder it would be great. Thanks a lot and sorry if i made mistakes but I'm in a hurry right now.
And by the way if I countinue to loose weight are the stones going to get bigger? Because I want to be 82-83kg. ?

Hello and hope you are doing well.
With multiple stones, surgical removal would be the treatment of choice. Stone formation occurs due to stasis of bile. This can occur due to gall bladder dysfunction or due to infections. The presence of stones can irritate the gall bladder and cause inflammation and pain. So, based on your symptoms surgery can be planned.
Hope this helped and do keep us posted.
