Gallbladder problems - Should it come out

Hello All,
I am new to this site, and also new to Gallbladder problems (at least the doctors are now thinking Gallbaldder).  This will be a little long but please bear with me.  This all started over a year ago, woke up in the middle of the nite thinking I was having a heart attack, chest pains, shortness of breath, nausea, and panic... ended up at emergency room and 18 hours of testing later they said I was fine and sent me home... After that I had 5 or 6 similar episodes of the next 6 months.  Fast forward to October 2015, was on a long weekend trip with the kids to Florida for fall break, wife decided to stay home with the dogs, so my 2 boys and I and my niece loaded the van up and headed to Florida... The 2 weeks before the trip my sinus was killing me and I went to the Dr the day before we left to get antibiotics.... So, we get on the road and make it to Atlanta and I started getting a monster headache, then sick to my stomach, shaking chills and sweats... didnt let the kids know I felt bad but finally couldnt take it any longer and got off an exit in southern Georgia and told the kids I was tired and we would get a hotel here that nite and head in to orlando in the morning... couldnt eat anything as I felt like I was going to throw up, all nite long I felt terrible, shakes, chills, stomach pain, nausea.. next morning I told the kids we needed to go back as I didnt feel well... make it about 100 miles back farther north and finally felt like I was going to pass out.. called the wife and told her what was going on and she said get to an ER, found a hospital at next exit and spent 7 hours there getting tested, the did a chest xray, head CT, blood work and finally came back and said it was the sinus infection and bronchitis... pumped some IV fluid in me and antibiotics and sent me on my way.... Since that time I have never felt right to this day, from Oct to the first of the year I was constantly nausea, back pain, stomach discomfort but was still dealing with sinus problems at same time... Finally, got the sinus issues resolved after multiple rounds of antibiotics, but then the stomach issues continued.  It would come and go, feel ok for a week or so, then wake up and feel the same old way, gas, nausea, stomach discomfort, back pain, you name it.  But, now its becoming more frequent... now I will go 2 weeks or so feeling bad, then get a few days of feeling OK, seems like the feeling bad part is getting longer and longer.  About a month ago my Dr said maybe its Gallbladder, he sent me for a URQ ultrasound which showed stones, then last week he sent me for a HIDA scan, results came back with no blockages and an EF of 72% but when then put the IV bag of CCK on, about 10 minutes later the back started hurting.  So now, my Dr. said that with the test results he thinks it could still be Gallbladder disease and he referred me to a surgeon.  I have an Appt next week for a consult with them.. I put together a document with my symptoms and thoughts to take with me so I dont forget anything while I am there.. (P.S. I am a 45 year old male, mildly over weight , 6'0 235)  Below is a copy of the document... What are your thoughts, is this Gallbladder, and do you think the surgeon is going to want to take it out ?  Kinda of scared as I have never had surgery before, and this past year of going thru this I am starting to get health anxiety about it and getting nervous it could be something way worse.

Primary Symptoms
• Middle back pain, radiating up under right shoulder blade **A LOT**
• Pit of stomach pain (sometimes burning pain) / discomfort also in right side of stomach ** A LOT **
• Bloating  **OFTEN**
• Gas **OFTEN**
• Changes in bowel habits, back and forth between Diarrhea (especially in middle of nite) to light brown non hard stool
• Foul smelling gas and stool
• Metallic taste in mouth **A LOT**
• Some foods make things worse… Greasy…. Ice cream…
• Nausea – especially in the mornings.  Few occasions of vomiting in morning and more often dry heaves **A LOT**
• Generally feel crappy, don’t want to do anything, have to force my butt to get in gear.
• Rumbling belly, hear lots of noise and feel stuff moving around.
Come and go symptoms
Headache
Severe gas pains in middle of the night  (about 1x a week)
Severe attack type symptoms
• Last march, thought I was having a heart attack, also was nausous, short of breath etc.  Found nothing.  Has happened 4 or 5 times since, easies up after about 1 hour and goes away within 2 or 3 hours.  Feel like crap afterwards.
• Same deal in October in Georgia, had a bad sinus infection with monster headache, but also had stomach discomfort, felt nausious, didn’t want to eat
Other thougths
Symptoms come and go, but I have noticed since mid January the internvals are changing, instead of feeling bad for a few days then switiching to feel OK for 2 or 3 days, now it seems with each episode of symptoms they last longer and longer before I get a few days of feeling good, now stretching out up to a couple weeks of feeling crappy before I feel good for a few days.
When having HIDA scan, when they started the IV bag of fluid after the first hour, within 5 minutes of so (kinda hard to judge time laying in that machine for what seemed like forever) Started getting back pain in the middle and upper right, also had some minimal stomach discomfort but not major.
Things that provide relief.
• For back, laying on a heating pad or muscle stimulator
• For stomach, heating pad or laying on my right side / stomach, also provides back relief.

Thanks for any reply or input.
