I got my gallbladder removed a little over a yr ago and about 6mths ago i started experiencing the chronic diarrhea accompanied with cold sweats nausea and i feel like im gonna faint/die. Today i threw up and once all the bile was out the cold sweats nausea weak feelin went away. Is this normal? Should i b worried? Symtoms seem to b progressively worse

I’m kind of in the same boat. I had mine out a year ago and about 6 months ago I just really went downhill after the surgery. Like you I felt I made the wrong decision, but at the same time I knew I didn’t have a choice. Have you had your bilirubin and blood work checked? I started having the fainting afterwards too. They think it’s either pancreatic insufficiency or fat malabsorption. Question though, when you had your gallbladder out did you have any stones found or biliary strictures? If you’re throwing up bile you might need an mrcp to make sure you don’t have any post surgery biliary strictures. If you can tell me a little bit more about why you had to have yours out I might be able to provide some more help.
