Having pulses in Stomach when lying left side after Gallbladder removal surgery.

On May 25, 2022 I had laparoscopic cholecystectomy. I got discharged on next day. Recovery and everything seems good. The only problem I'm having is whenever i lie down fully on my left side, I start feeling pulse on the top part of my stomach. I don't have any high heart pulse rate or anything. The pulses are normal. Its not paining also. Just discomforting. If i return very slightly to right from this position, the pulse is gone. Can anyone tell if it is normal or is there any problem?
